• Nail Trims Must Be Scheduled

• All Grooming Services Must Be Scheduled

• ALL PETS MUST MAINTAIN A 6-12 WEEK SCHEDULE

When Booking: 

• Please let us know if you have more than one dog from the same household and if you intend on bringing at the same time.

• We will need ample time between appointments to allow for proper cleaning and social distancing of clients, so we will only be grooming a few dogs each day.

When you arrive:

• Please remain in your vehicle and call 586-359-5670 or text 586-204-1935​from your car to alert us of your arrival.

​

• Take off your dog’s leash & collar, and we will come out with a slip lead to get your dog from your car.

​

When you pick up:

• We will text or call you when your dog is finished, and bring your dog out to you when you arrive for pickup.​​

For new clients:

• Please fill out NEW CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE so that we know your dog's name, history, etc.

​

NOTE: Our groomers will have proper Personal Protection Equipment and will be sanitizing in between each groom.
